Kellan Anderson leads how PinkSlipped shows up in the world — its voice, its story, and the partners who stand behind it. A brand and marketing strategist who has spent her career helping organizations say what they actually mean, she founded the advisory practice Fifth Season and has guided brands through launches, repositionings, and the messy middle of growth. At PinkSlipped, she makes sure that the moment you arrive here — newly laid off and unsure what comes next — everything you read feels human, clear, and on your side.

Jarrett Reed sets the direction for PinkSlipped and keeps the product honest to the people it serves. An experience and strategy consultant and the founder of The Gilded Rooster, he has spent years helping companies design services that treat people like people. He started PinkSlipped after seeing how isolating job loss can be, and how little genuine support exists in the first hours and days. His north star is simple: make the hardest week of someone's working life a little less lonely.
