The Rapid Response team works with employers too, so say up front that you're a worker who was laid off and ask where to start. You don't need your employer's permission.
Your notice
Delaware has its own layoff-notice law.
Delaware's WARN Act covers employers with 100 or more employees. A closing that affects 50 or more people, a mass layoff, or a move of 50 miles or more needs 60 days' notice.
